Our mission
We believe an AI assistant for e-commerce should answer from real store data, not make things up. That is why ShopBrain uses a RAG approach that grounds answers in your catalog and orders, lets a human agent step into any conversation (live chat takeover), and supports multichannel deployment on website, WhatsApp and Telegram.
