True today: Automatic recurring commission is in the works: we won’t promise it until it’s live in production. Today the margin is the reseller price, not a percentage.

Level 2

Manage your clients from one login

A multi-store console with distinct roles.

One login, all your clients, a different role for each. The store switcher, per-store roles and data isolation between one client and another exist and work today.

True today: Onboarding is white-glove: our team associates your clients’ stores with your account. We don’t leave you alone in front of the configuration — and we won’t call it self-serve until it truly is.

Level 3

Put your brand on it, not ours

The widget carries no vendor’s brand.

No «powered by», your colours and your copy: in the widget the end client sees your brand, not ours.

True today: It’s less than full white-label: a fully custom domain and your own logo inside the widget are on the roadmap, and we don’t pass them off as available today. But what we remove — the vendor’s brand — we remove for real.

The model that answers your clients runs in Europe

Inference is run by providers established in the European Economic Area. It isn’t a policy you negotiate: a European store cannot be pointed at a model served outside the area — the error fires before a single token leaves the process.

The AI transparency notice is always on, and cannot be switched off

On the widget and WhatsApp, the disclosure required by AI Act art. 50 is always on, and isn’t an option someone can turn off by mistake: it’s in the code, with tests that verify it. And it’s written precisely — it says an AI or a human operator may reply, not «you’re talking to an AI» when sometimes there’s a person behind it: the kind of detail a client notices, and a product built in a hurry gets wrong.

We won’t have you claim the product clears you across the board on the AI Act, because that shortcut doesn’t hold — and to a B2B client who checks, it doesn’t hold.
