OrderSender integration
ShopBrain connects to OrderSender (Order Sender Business), the Italian order-collection app used by sales agents and commercial networks. The store owner enters the OrderSender company code and API token in store settings, then enables the OrderSender tools on the AI persona. From then on the chatbot has read access to your OrderSender data.
What the agent can ask in chat
Through the chat the agent queries their own OrderSender data: orders (filtered by date, order number and supplier), customer master data, product catalogue, quotes, price lists, commissions and suppliers. They can ask, for example, "which orders did I make this month for customer X?", "what are my commissions?" or "is product Y in the catalogue?".

Read-only by default
The integration is read-only by default: the chatbot looks up data but does not create or modify orders in the ERP. The agent gets quick answers on their own numbers with no risk of accidental writes, while the operational handling of orders stays in OrderSender as usual.
Multichannel: Telegram, WhatsApp and web
The same assistant replies on Telegram, WhatsApp and a web widget, so the agent can check their data from a phone while visiting a customer or from a computer at the office. There is a single setup and the same connected data source on every channel, for consistent answers everywhere.

How to set it up
To enable the assistant, the store owner enters the OrderSender company code and API token in store settings and turns on the OrderSender tools on the AI persona. ShopBrain is multi-tenant with owner, editor and viewer roles. Every plan includes a free trial and no credit card is required to start.
What OrderSender data does the chatbot work with?
