We are a small team at GrowFlow Studio. Formal openings come and go, our interest in good people does not: we read every spontaneous application, and more than once we have found someone before knowing we were looking.

Who we look for
Full-stack developers, AI/ML engineers, and people with real e-commerce experience. The stack is Python with FastAPI, React and Next.js, LangGraph for agent orchestration, PostgreSQL with pgvector for retrieval. If you have worked on something similar we are interested — but we are equally interested in someone who has learned another stack well: the syntax is not the hard part.

We build the product in house, and the people who write it also answer support — which is tiring and instructive: you find out quickly when a design decision wastes someone’s time. We care about two things: that the product is well made, and that what we say about it is true. When a feature does not do what the site promises, we change the site, not the promise.
